Boone Hall Plantation

This “Gone with the Wind”  plantation was built in the early 1700s and was originally part of a cotton plantation which covered more than 17,000 acres. The original estate house, cotton gin, slave cabins, smoke house and formal gardens were built with brick and tile made on the Plantation. Our Blues, Brews and BBQ menu was developed specifically for this picturesque setting. Enjoy steamed oysters and traditional Lowcountry fare overlooking the Wam Pan Cheroni Creek with the avenue of oaks as your backdrop.

Middleton Place Plantation

Located on the banks of the Ashley River, Middleton Place is a carefully preserved 18th-century plantation that has survived the Revolutionary War, the Civil War and an earthquake. Created by Henry Middleton, President of the First Continental Congress, the famous Middleton Gardens, reflect a grand classic style landscape with rational order, geometry and balance, vistas and focal points. Evening events could consist of cocktails in the Gardens, hors d'oeuvres in the Stable-yards, and a plantation-style barbecue or oyster roast in a place that is able to comfortably entertain small and large groups.

Lowndes Grove Plantation

Lowndes Grove Plantation is the only surviving Plantation on Charleston's historic peninsula. Located on the Ashley River, the plantation offers a magnificent river view, extensive gardens, a pool and a dock. The home was a favorite of Teddy Roosevelt, who took tea on the veranda during the 1901 World's Fair Exhibition and the Boston Globe calls it, "The closest thing you'll find to experiencing what life must have been like for the ... planter class that ruled the antebellum South." It is an excellent venue for any garden or river view special event.
